Welcome to CRT Design

Some clients prefer to use the Design / Build approach especially for
refrigeration systems. This could be either an end user or a General Contractor. CRT Design can meet with the client to understand the needs of the project. Following this initial meeting, we can develop a criteria package that provides enough information to allow the bidding contractors to provide proposals that meet the project needs but will be open enough that the Design Build Refrigeration Contractor can still have some creativity in meeting the overall scope of the project. CRT Design can then evaluate the bids on behalf of our client to confirm compliance and make recommendations on comparisons. Finally, CRT Design can provide ongoing technical expertise as needed as thee project moves forward through construction and commissioning.
